Over the last few months I have been looking through the JED and noticing there is a lack of good GPL Banner Management components for 1.5 (That are non-commercial and GPL).

So to throw the cat in the pigeons I have opted to recode BannersManager to comply with Native Joomla 1.5. So there is no more need to use the Legacy Mode in 1.5, and it is also another step closer to a 1.6 port since I have removed all the 1.0 codebase!

It is currently available in the downloads section under Joomla 1.5 Foward Porting.
